DAMOP provides a limited number of awards up to $600 to support participation in the annual meeting. The number of awards is determined by available funds.
Priority is given to students who have submitted abstracts to the DAMOP 2024 meeting and who have not received support for previous DAMOP meetings. DAMOP practice is to try to support at least one eligible student per faculty advisor. If several students with the same advisor apply, the relative priority of each student must be indicated in this form. Support is contingent on available funds. Awards will be given out to in-person attendees only.
Ambiguity or errors cause delays; please fill out this form carefully and completely.
